With more than two decades of experience, I offer a healing practice that blends clinical knowledge with holistic wisdom. My background includes an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from the Colorado School for the Healing Arts, years of work in rehabilitation clinics, and training under physical therapists and chiropractors in techniques such as Active Range Therapy and kinesio taping.

Alongside this clinical foundation, I’ve pursued certifications in Holy Fire Reiki, Sound Healing, Cupping, and extensive study in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yin Yoga. I have had the privilege of studying with Master Christoph Clark, a descendant of the Tai Chi/Kung Fu lineage of Donnie Yen.

My work is dedicated to helping people restore balance, ease pain, and reconnect with their vitality—whether recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking deeper alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
